ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-93-08 <br /> of the <br /> CITY MANAGER <br /> PROPOSED INDUSTRIAL PRETREATMENT PROGRAM <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE RULE 6.463 <br /> Pursuant to the authority contained in Sections 2.019 and 6.463 of the Eugene Code, <br /> 1971, I intend to adopt Industrial Pretreatment Program Administrative Rule R-6.463, to <br /> Lead and provide: <br /> R-6.463 -INDUSTRIAL PRETREATMENT PROGRAM <br /> R-6.463-A General Provisions. <br /> These rules are intended to ensure that the City's pretreatment program complies <br /> I, with the objectives of the Eugene Code, 1971, applicable state and federal law, and rules and <br /> regulations adopted thereunder. Notwithstanding the specific requirements of these rules, <br /> !I each industrial user of the City Sewerage System shall comply with all applicable local, state <br /> ajnd federal laws and regulations governing the pretreatment of industrial wastes. Therefore, <br /> all references in these rules to other statutes and regulations are to those statutes and <br /> '~i regulations as amended. <br /> I <br /> R-6.463-B Specific Restricted Substance Limitations. <br /> No industrial user shall discharge wastewater containing pollutants in excess of: <br /> Arsenic, total 1.5 milligrams per litre <br /> 'I Cadmium, total 0.3 milligrams per litre <br /> Chromium, total 2.0 milligrams per litre <br /> ' Copper, total 3.1 milligrams per litre <br /> l <br /> Cyanide, total 2.6 milligrams per litre <br /> <br /> j Lead, total 1.7 milligrams per litre <br /> Mercury, total 0.05 milligrams per litre <br /> Nickel, total 1.7 milligrams per litre <br /> Oil and Grease, hydrocarbon 100 milligrams per litre <br /> Oil and Grease, total 300 milligrams per litre <br /> Phenols, total 3.5 milligrams per litre <br /> Silver, total 0.8 milligrams per litre <br /> Zinc, total 5.7 milligrams per litre <br /> Proposed Industrial Pretreatment Program Administrative Rule - 1 <br /> <br />
