Gleason, City Manager of the City of Eugene, <br /> I, intends to dopt as a permanent rule the Temporary Twee Preservation Administrative Rule <br /> R-6.305 a opted on September ~ 1993 which: <br /> Establishes definitions; tree felling permit application procedures; <br /> cri ria for permit approval; appeal procedures; and exceptions to permit <br /> req ' ements. Adoption of Temporary Tree Preservation Administrative Rule <br /> R OS as a permanent rule is in the public interest, and necessary in order <br /> to ure the continued enforcement of the City's tree preservation policies. <br /> Th Temporary 'I3ree Preservation Administrative Rule R-6.305, may be reviewed at <br /> the office f the City Manager, 777 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401 during normal <br /> business h urs {8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays). <br /> All persons wishing to comment thereon or object thereto must submit their <br /> comments or objections to the City Manager, 777 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401, in <br /> writing, wi fifteen (13} days of the date of the first publication hereon as indicated below. <br /> The City Manager wdl thereafter adopt as a permanent rule the Temporary wee <br /> Preservati n Administrative Rule R-6.305, as drafted, or as modified in response to <br /> 'comments eceived. <br /> NIICHEAL D.
