Any harvest unit that leaves fewer than 50 trees per acre that are <br /> well distributed over the unit and that measure at least 11 inches DBH or that <br /> m ure less than 40 square feet of bawl area per acre. <br /> llin A building, or portion thereon occupied in whole or in part as a <br /> ho ,residence, or sleeping place, either permanently or temporarily by one or more <br /> fa ' 'es, but excluding group care facilities, hotels, motels and tourist courts. <br /> Fell. To remove or sever a tree or the intentional use of any procedure the <br /> nat al result of which is to cause the death or substantial destruction of the tree. <br /> Fell does not in any context include those trimming and pruning standards as <br /> pub ' hed by the National Arborists Association. <br /> ~oggin~nlan.
