ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br /> of the <br /> Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene, Oregon <br /> Establishing a Residential Permit Parking Zone <br /> For The North Side of East 20th Avenue <br /> East From Potter Street to the Mid Block Alley <br /> The Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> A. Administrative Rule R-5.040, Residential Permit Parking Zones <br /> Regulations, provides that the designation of or removal of such permit parking <br /> zones would be effected by administrative order of the City's Traffic Engineer. <br /> B. On January 26, 1994, the City received an application signed by over <br /> <br /> ( 50~ of the adjacent property owners and tenants for designating a residential <br /> permit parking zone for the north side of E 20th Avenue between Potter and the <br /> mid block alley located easterly. <br /> C. Notice of the City's intent to establish a residential permit parking <br /> zgne was given to property owners and tenants within the affected area of the <br /> ',proposed zone. <br /> <br /> j D. The proposed zone has been reviewed and is found to be in conformity <br /> <br /> ~ with the policies, regulations and criteria set forth in Rule R-5.040. <br /> <br /> ~ NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br /> i <br /> Based upon the above findings, and pursuant to the authority contained in <br /> Administrative Rule R-5.040, the Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene orders <br /> that: <br /> <br /> j <br /> <br /> i 1. The area described is hereby established as a residential permit <br /> parking zone: <br /> The north side of E 20th Avenue between Potter and the mid block <br /> alley located easterly. <br /> ~ 2. The zone shall be desi nated Zone A and shall allow 2-hour ublic <br /> g P <br /> 'i,parking between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal <br /> ~iholidays and except Zone A permitted vehicles. <br /> 3. Persons residing in or owning residential property within the zone <br /> ~I,designated herein may apply for a Zone A permit entitling the holder thereof to <br /> !,preferential long-term parking at Zone A signed parking areas within the <br /> designated zone. <br /> 4.
