The Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission has <br /> directed the City of Eugene to increase the base fee in order to reflect the increase in the facility's <br /> equity paid by existing users. The fees are comparable to the amounts existing system users have <br /> paid for reserve capacity since 1978, and are in compliance with the criteria and guidelines of <br /> Section 7.710 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br /> Persons desiring to comment on the amendment shall submit written comments to the City <br /> Manager, 777 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 9740], tvithin 15 days from the date of publication <br /> and pasting as indicated below.
