An alcoholic beverage containing more than one-half <br /> of one percent of ~rl'cohol by volume. <br /> <br /> - Hard liquor. An alcoholic beverage, including sweet wines and all <br /> spirituous liquors, containing 14 percent or more of alcohol by volume. <br /> Malt beverage.
