i <br /> v <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 5&94-15-F <br /> of the <br /> CITY MANAGER <br /> <br /> i <br /> ADOPTING PARHING SPACE RENTAL PERMIT <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE RULE R-5.350 <br /> <br /> I <br /> Pursuant to the authority contained in Sections 2.019 and 5.350 of the Eugene Code, <br /> ICI; 1971, I hereby adopt Parking Space Rental Permit Administrative Rule R-5.350 that <br /> <br /> ~ 'Provides as follows: _ <br /> PARING SPACE RENTAL PERMIT ADMINISTRATIVE RULE R-5.505 . <br /> R-5350.A u se. <br /> The purpose and intent of this rule is to furnish greater detail regarding the issuance, <br /> use and revocation of the parking space rental permits authorized under Section 5.350 of <br /> ,the Eugene C4~de, 1971. Parking space rental permits may be issued for the vehicular use <br /> of a portion df public right of way as a designated parking space, or other portion of the <br /> right of way a5 authorized for commercial operations involving construction, maintenance, <br /> or moving activities. A parking space rental permit may be issued on an individual basis for <br /> a non-commercial use provided the applicant can demonstrate that except for the non- <br /> commercial najture of the proposed activity the application would otherwise meet the criteria <br /> ',!for issuance Qf a permit, and failure to issue the permit would seriously prejudice or <br /> incaonvenience, the applicant. <br /> I''i R-5350.B. ~Tse Areas. <br /> Parking space rental permits may be issued for parking spaces in the following areas: <br /> 1. 1Vletered parking areas; <br /> 'me limit areas <br /> 2. bn-street ti <br /> ~ 3. City controlled parking lots; <br /> 4. Downtown mall; <br /> 5.
