`~A ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. - ~i~ - i~ of the City Manager of the City of Eugene CONCERNING NOTICE OF INTENDED FEES FOR PARKING SPACE A:ENTAL PERMITS i The ~ity Manager of the City of Eugene P?nds as follows: I A: Section 2.020 of the Eugene, Code, 1971 authorizes the City Manager to dietermine and set fees and charges to be imposed by the City for services, goods, use of nxunicipal property, and licenses and permits. In accordance with the procedures set forth therein, I intend to establish fees for processing applications for the temporary use of the I~~ public right-~f--way through the Parking Space Rental Permit process as set forth in the i Notice of ]nt~nded Fees attached as Exkubit A hereto and incorporated herein by reference. B. I find that the proposed fees set forth in Exhibit A hereto are consistent with applicable policies and directives of the City Council that the direct beneficiaries of City services be charged fees that recover the cost of providing the service; are consistent with other parlin~ rates within the City; and are necessary to order to defray the City's personnel II costs associated with providing these services. C. Establishment of the proposed fees is in the public interest, and it is essential i for future City budgets that these rates be implemented without delay. On th$ basis of these findin , I order that: 1. ',Copies of the ,Notice be provided to the Mayor and City Councilors, posted ~ at;.two kocatidns at City Hall, and be made available for interested persons at the office of the City Manager, City Hall, 777 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401. 2.
