Airport Manager on request and shall notify the Airport Manager <br /> of any change to that list. <br /> 5.3.8 Disabled Aircraft. Aircraft owners, pilots, or their <br /> agent shall be responsible for the prompt disposal of disabled air- <br /> craft and parts, unless required to delay that action pending an <br /> inves igation of an accident. If any person abandons or otherwise <br /> negle is or refuses to move an aircraft, or any parts thereof, when <br /> direc ed by the Airport Manager, the aircraft or parts may be removed <br /> by th Airport Manager at the owner or operator's expense, and without <br /> liabi ity for damage which may result in the course of such removal. <br /> 5.3.9 Accident Re op rts. Persons involved in aircraft accidents <br /> occur ing on the Airport shall file an accident report with the Airport <br /> Manag r as soon as possible. The report shall include names, addresses, <br /> aircr ft identification, and all pertinent information relating to the <br /> accid nt. This does not eliminate any obligation a person may have to <br /> repor accidents or incidents to any other agency. <br /> 5.4 eling Aircraft. <br /> 5.4.1 General Prohibitions. During the fueling of an aircraft a <br /> perso shall: <br /> 5.4.1.1 Not smoke on any apron or near an aircraft; <br /> <br /> ~wr 5.4.1.2 Exercise care to prevent the overflow of fuel; <br /> 5.4.1.3 Not use any material which is likely to cause <br /> a.spark or be a source of ignition; <br /> 5.4.1.4 Ensure that adequate fire extinguishers are <br /> within easy reach; <br /> 5.4.1.5 Conduct such activities on hard surface areas <br /> only; <br /> 5.4.1.6 Not engage in fueling: <br /> (a) When an aircraft engine is running; <br /> ~(b) When an aircraft is being warmed up by <br /> application of exterior heat; <br /> {c) Inside a hangar or an enclosed area; <br /> (d) While an aircraft radio transmitter or <br /> receiver is being operated, or other electrical applica- <br /> tions are switched on or off; <br /> Rules - 18 <br /> <br />
