I <br /> c <br /> <br /> i ~ y. <br /> s_ <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO.~-_95-OI <br /> of the <br /> City Manager <br /> City of Eugene, Oregon <br /> AMENDING RULES GOVERNING USE <br /> OF MAHLON SWEET AIRPORT <br /> The C ty Manager of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> A. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.430 of the Eugene Code, 1971,.the City <br /> Manager shal adopt and cause to be made certain Rules and Regulations Governing Use of <br /> Mahlon Swee Airport. <br /> B. In accordance with that authority, on January 9th, 1995 I issued Notice of Intended <br /> Rulemaking re arding Rules Governing Use of Mahlon Sweet Airport proposing amendments to <br /> the Rules. <br /> C. The proposed amendments were to clarify certain definitions and procedures for <br /> administratio and enforcement of the Rules, modify the general standards for permittees and <br /> licensees, mo ify the performance standards for particular activities at the Airport, modify the <br /> procedures fo requesting a permit or a lease and revocation thereof, and add the Flying Club <br /> Rules and Re ulations. <br /> D. Notice of the proposed amendments was published in the Register-Guard for five <br /> consecutive da s, to-wit, on January 9th, 10th, 1 lth, 12th, and 13th, 1995: The proposed Rules <br /> were also av Table for inspection by interested persons, and the notice provided that written <br /> comments wo ld be received thereon for a period of fifteen days from the date of first publication. <br /> No comments were received within the time or in the manner required by the notice. <br /> Theref re, based upon the above findings, and pursuant to the authority of Section 2.430 <br /> of the Eugene ode, 19761, I hereby.amend the Rules Governing Use of Mahlon Sweet Airport <br /> as provided o the attached Exhibit A. <br /> <br />
