~ ~ 8 9s-off. <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br /> of the <br /> Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene, Oregon <br /> Establishing a Residential Permit Parking Zone <br /> Fo West Side Potter Street Between 21st and 22nd Avenue <br /> The Tra fic Engineer of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> A. ministrative Rule R-5.040, Residential Permit Parking Zones <br /> egulations, provides that the designation of or removal of such permit parking <br /> ones would b effected by administrative order of the City's Traffic Engineer. <br /> B. February S, 1995, the City received an application signed by over <br /> Oo of the a jacent property owners and tenants for designating a residential <br /> ermit parki zone for the west side of Potter Street between E. 21st and E. <br /> 2nd Avenue. <br /> C. otice of the City's intent to establish a residential permit parking <br /> one was giv n to property owners and tenants within the affected area of the <br /> roposed zon . <br /> D. e proposed zone has been reviewed and is found to be in conformity <br /> ith the pol'cies, regulations and criteria set forth in Rule R-5.040. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> Based on the above findings, and pursuant to the authority contained in <br /> dministrati e Rule R-5.040, the Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene orders <br /> hat: <br /> 1. he area described is hereby established as a residential permit <br /> arking zone⢠<br /> he west side of Potter Street between E. 21st and E. 22nd Avenue. <br /> 2. he zone shall be designated Zone A and shall allow 2-hour public <br /> arking betty en 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal <br /> olidays and except Zone A permitted vehicles. <br /> 3. ersons residing in or owning residential property within the zone <br /> esignated h rein may apply for a Zone A permit entitling the holder thereof to <br /> referential long-term parking at Zone A signed parking areas within the <br /> esignated z ne. <br /> 4. ermit applications shall be processed as provided in Administrative <br /> ule R-5.040 <br /> Dated his ~ day of April, 1995 <br /> PiG <br /> T affic Engineer <br /> Administrati e Order <br /> i <br /> <br /> I <br /> <br /> I _ <br /> <br />
