The new rates will increase the monthly wastewater fee pai~1 by an average residential user by $0.03 per mgnt to $14.56 a month. a monthly fee paid by commercial users may increase or decrease, depending upon their customer class. This fact sheet provides information on changes o the wastewater se ice charge for customers both inside and outside Eugene's city limits. Charges for stormwater service have been establish d by the Eugene Cit Council and are not included in this infom~ation. For more information on the stonnwater charges, call 687-5262.
