<br /> A. Section C~.41 1 (formerly section 7.ft2tl) of the Eugene, Code, 1971 authorizes the
<br /> City 1\-lanag r to determine and set fees and charges to he imposed by the City for wastewater
<br /> service and or regional \-vaste\~~ater service

<br /> Administrati e Order No. ~~-95-OS proposing an increase in waste\vater user fees as set forth in

<br /> media, any p .rson \\-ho had requested notice. to interested governmental agencies (including the
<br /> United State Environmental ('rotection ,Agency, the Department of Environmental Quality,
<br /> M\~~MC, and the Eugene \l'ater R Electric Board), and posted at two locations at City HaN on
<br /> May 1, 199.5. "The Notice \\~as also published on >\~ay 1 and May 7, 1995 in the Register Guard,
<br /> a ne\vspaper f general circulation \-vithin the City, and made available for interested persons at
<br /> the offices o . the Public V\~orks Department, 858 ('earl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401, during
<br /> normal basin ss hours (8:00 a.tn. to 5:00 p.m., )\~londay through Friday, e~ciusive of holidays).
