Section 2.020 of the Eugene, Code, 1971 authorizes the City Manager to determine
and set fees nd charges to he imposed b}~ the Cih~ for services, goods, use of municipal property,
and licenses and permits. In accordance with the procedures set forth therein, and the further
authority of ection 7.710 of the Eugene Code, 1971, on June 24, 1994 I adopted Administrative
Order No. 8-94-10-F establishing Metro ~tl~astewater Management Commission (MWMC)
Facilities Eq +alization Fees and Credits for the fiscal }year commencing Jul}~ 1, 1994.
B. The fee is administered and collected by the City for
property witl in the City's service area.
C. There are two classifications to the Equalization Fee. The Residential Fee is
applicable to single family residences and residential uses of up to two dwelling units, with the
fee being bas don the number of dwelling units in the development. All other uses are classified
as Commerci I/industrial, with the fee being calculated on the number of plumbing fixture units
in the devel pment.
