ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-95-10 <br /> of the <br /> City Manager of the City of Eugene <br /> CONCERNING NOTICE OF INTENDED AMENDMENT <br /> OF PLAT CHECKING FEES FOR PARTITIONS <br /> The Ci y Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: <br /> A. ections 2.020 and 9.025 of the Eugene, Code, 1971 authorize the City Manager <br /> to determine d set fees and charges to be imposed by the City for services, goods, use of <br /> municipal pro rty, and licenses and permits. <br /> B. ollowing the procedures set forth therein, I previously issued Administrative Order <br /> No. 53-91-15 o March 27, 1991 establishing plat checking fees for subdivisions, condominiums <br /> and partitions. e City's costs associated with providing these services has increased since 1991, <br /> and the plat ch king fee for partitions should therefore be increased. <br /> C. find that the proposed revision to the partition plat checking fees set forth in <br /> Exhibit A her to are consistent with applicable policies and directives of the City Council, <br /> including polic es developed through the Eugene Decisions process, are comparable to the fees <br /> established in ther jurisdictions for providing such services, in compliance with Section 9.025 <br /> of the Eugene ode, 1971, and are necessary in order to comply with the Council's goal of <br /> recovering the st of providing the services from the beneficiaries of those services. <br /> <br /> ; On the asis of these findings, I order that: <br /> 1. opies of the Notice be provided to the Mayor and City Councilors, published in <br /> the Register G ard, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, posted at two locations <br /> t City Hall, an be made available for inspection by interested persons at the offices of the City <br /> Surveyor, Publ c Works Engineering Division, 858 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401, during <br /> regular business hours (8:00 a. m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays). <br /> 2. 11 persons desiring to comment thereon shall submit written comments as set forth <br /> in the Notice. will thereafter establish the fees by an administrative order. <br /> ,~,y, <br /> Dated t is I`~~=day of , 1995. <br /> `i~ <br /> Miche D.
