NOTICE OF INTENDED AIRPORT TIE-DOWN FEE INCREASES <br /> To: The Mayor and City Councilors, and other interested persons. <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2.440 to 2.442 of the <br /> Eugene, Code, 1971, the Airport Manager of the City of Eugene, as the designee of the City Manager, intends <br /> to establish the following Airport Tie-Do«~n fees: <br /> AIRPORT TIE-DOWN FEES <br /> Current Proposed <br /> Daily Monthly Daily Monthlv <br /> Paved Areas: . <br /> Type of Aircraft: <br /> Single Engine $2.50. $22.50 $3.00 . $30.00 <br /> Multi Engine/Jet (up to 12,500 lbs) $2.50. $22.50 $4.50 . $45.00 <br /> Multi Engine/Jet (over 12,500 lbs) $2.50. $22.50 $6.00 . $60.00 <br /> Helicopter $2.50. $22.50 $4.50 . $45.04 <br /> Unpaved Areas• <br /> Type of Aircraft: <br /> Single Engine $2.50. $10.00 $1.50 . $15.00 <br /> Multi Engine/Jet (up to 12,500 lbs) $2.50. $10.00 $2.25 . $22.50 <br /> Multi Engine/Jet (over 12,500 lbs) $2.50. $10.00 n/a n/a <br /> Helicopter $2.50. $10.00 $2.25 . $22.50 <br /> Tie Down fees shall be charged for aircraft parked on the ramp between midnight and 5:00 a.m. <br /> Fixed base operators authorized to conduct commercial aircraft maintenance may park "maintenance in process" <br /> aircraft on the ramp and identify such aircraft with maintenance tags and not be charged daily tie-down fees. Aircraft are <br /> limited to 30 days tie-down fee abatement for maintenance purposes within a twelve month period. <br /> The foregoing fees have been proposed after investigating the fees charged at other airports, the City's policies <br /> on recovery of user fees, and the revenue needs of the Eugene Airport. Persons desiring to comment hereon shall submit <br /> written comments to the Airport Manager,-2$855 Lockheed Drive, Eugene, Oregon 97402, within 15 days of the date of <br /> posting and publication as indicated below.
