As used herein, "utilities" includes: Water Electrical i Natural gas Telephone Cable TV Street lights Sanitazy sewers Storm sewers 5.1 Estimated location of utilities graphically depicted within the Street Tree ~ Plan is acceptable if accompanied by a letter from each of the planned utilities which states agreement that their facilities can be located outside the area reserved for trees. 5.2 Estimated location of driveways graphically depicted within the Street Tree Plan is acceptable if accompanied by a proposal, acceptable to the Urban Forester, ~ describing the methods the developer will use to ensure new street trees will not conflict with future driveways within the tree establishment period. 6.
