A strong scaffold branch structure shall be developed by pruning <br /> to select the primary scaffold branches. <br /> 5.7 Pruning shall be performed according to the approved Urban Forestry <br /> pruning standards and specifications. <br /> 6. Tree Repla m n . Any tree that falls under one or more of the following <br /> onditions shall be replaced by the developer during the next approved planting season after <br /> eceipt of the notice of the need to replace the tree. <br /> 6.1 Dead tree. This shall include any tree that has no live growth originating <br /> in the scaffolding branches. <br /> 6.2 Stressed tree. This shall include any tree that has lost a minimum of 50 <br /> of its total foliage or, has a reduction of 50% of normal leaf size for that species. <br /> ~f <br /> 6.3 Non-apnror. ved tree.
