(fj OF <br /> STORMWATER SYSTEM ADMINISTRATIVE RULE <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the authority contained in Sections 2.019 <br /> `nd Chapter 6 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the City Manager of the City of Eugene, intends to <br /> amend Secti n D.3.(f) of Stormwater System Administrative Rule to: <br /> i ~ <br /> ~ ~ Correct that subsection to comply with Section 2.021 of the Eugene Code, <br /> 1971 rand Section G of the Stormwater System Administrative Rule by providing <br /> ~ respojnsible persons 15 days within which to appeal a Notice of Civil Penalty. <br /> ' Ado~tion of the proposed amendment of the Stormwater System Administrative Rule is <br /> ecessary ~ order to correct an inconsistency in the appeal provisions. The Rule may be <br /> eviewed at tlhe office of the Public Works Department, Administration Division, 858 Pearl Street, <br /> Eugene, Or~on 97401 during normal business hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through <br /> ~riday, exclusive of holidays). <br /> All persons wishing to comment thereon or object thereto must submit their comments or <br /> bjections t~ the City's Public Works Department, Administration Division, 858 Pearl Street, <br /> gene, Or~gon 97401, in writing, within fifteen (15) days of the date of the first publication <br /> ereof, as indicated below.
