The City Manager shall review the methodologies established <br /> utnder this Ordinance after it has been implemented for 12 months and report <br /> l;he result of that review to the City's Building Construction Advisory Com- <br /> mittee or uch other public body of the City concerned with the impact of City <br /> imposed ch rges and the cost of capital improvements financed in whole or in <br /> part by th system development charge. Thereafter such reviews shall be con- <br /> ducted at east tri-annually. <br /> Secti n 8. The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concur- <br /> rence of t e City Attorney, is authorized to administrative]y correct any <br /> reference rrors contained herein or in other provisions of the Eugene Code, <br /> 1971, to t e provisions added, amended or repealed herein. <br /> Secti n 9. Repeal. Sections 7.175(2)(b)5.d., 7.245, 7.275, 7.277, <br /> 7,.279, 7.2 1, 7.283, and 7.285 of the Eugene Code, 1971, are hereby repealed. <br /> Secti n 10.
