hereby adopted. Hereafter the City Manager or the Manager's designee may <br /> <br /> ~ modify the methodologies as provided in Section 7.710 of Section 2 of this <br /> Ordinance. <br /> Section 7. The City Manager shall review the methodologies established <br /> under this Ordinance after it has been implemented for 12 months and report <br /> the result of that review to the City's Building Construction Advisory Com- <br /> mittee or such other public body of the City concerned with the impact of City <br /> <br /> i imposed charges and the cost of capital improvements financed in whole or in <br /> <br /> j part by the system development charge. Thereafter such reviews shall be con- <br /> <br /> i <br /> ducted at least tri-annually. <br /> Section 8. The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concur- <br /> rence of the City Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct any <br /> reference errors contained herein or in other provisions of the Eugene Code, <br /> 1971, to the provisions added, amended or repealed herein. <br /> Section 9. Repeal. Sections 7.175(2)(b)5.d., 7.245, 7.275, 7.277, <br /> 'I 7.279, 7.281, 1.283, and 7.285 of the Eugene Code, 1971, are hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> i Section 10.
