<br /> M <br /> ~ ~ <br /> 43.4.4 The traffic study shall be designed in accordance with <br /> the methodology descn'bed in the Institute of <br /> Transportation Engineers Trip Generation Manual, <br /> current edition. <br /> 43.4.5 The request to use the alternate calculation shall include <br /> a detailed description and drawing of .the proposed <br /> development site, a description and drawing of each <br /> sampling site, a description of why these sites are <br /> representative of the impact likely to be generated by <br /> the proposed development and such other information <br /> as may be required by the City's Traffic Engineer. <br /> c leted re ort of the stud shall be in a form <br /> 43.4.6 The omp p y <br /> approved by the City's Traffic Engineer and upon its <br /> completion shall be submitted to the City's Traffic <br /> Engineer for approval. <br /> 43.5 The City's Traffic Engineer may approve, approve with conditions or reject <br /> the trip generation rate calculated in a report prepared under paragraph 4.3 <br /> hereof. Upon approval the trip rate for the proposed development shall be <br /> used to calculate the transportation SDC. In the event that the Alternate <br /> Calculation results in a transportation SDC less than the Standard Calculation, <br /> upon approval of the Alternate Calculation by the City Traffic Engineer, the <br /> City shall refund the excess transportation SDC collected to the applicant or <br /> reduce the amount the applicant agreed to pay. If the approved Alternate <br /> Calculation results in a transportation SDC greater than the Standard <br /> Calculation, the applicant shall pay the underage to the City or modify the <br /> agreement to pay to include the underage.
