This cost may be determined by current <br /> market expert nce, or other reasonable and prudent methods approved by the City Engineer. <br /> Assessable sts: The amount of capital improvement costs which are coNected through the City's <br /> local improve ent assessment program as established in City code. This cost has been removed <br /> from the total st of capital improvements in determining the system-specific SDC. <br /> « <br /> Average Cot Determination. <br /> (1) The avers a cost of inspecting and installing connections with the wastewater facilities and with <br /> the stormwate facilities, which are not part of the SDC as defined in E.C. 7.010, is the connection <br /> permit fee est blished by the City. <br /> (2) If an appli nt to connect to a wastewater or stormwater faality would result in extraordinary cost <br /> of inspecting nd installing the connection, nothing in this definition shall prevent the City from <br /> requiring the pplicant pay such costs.
