This cost may be determined by current <br /> market expert nce, or other reasonable and prudent methods approved by the City Engineer. <br /> Assessable sts: The amount of capital improvement costs which are coNected through the City's <br /> local improve ent assessment program as established in City code. This cost has been removed <br /> from the total st of capital improvements in determining the system-specific SDC. <br /> « <br /> Average Cot Determination. <br /> (1) The avers a cost of inspecting and installing connections with the wastewater facilities and with <br /> the stormwate facilities, which are not part of the SDC as defined in E.C. 7.010, is the connection <br /> permit fee est blished by the City. <br /> (2) If an appli nt to connect to a wastewater or stormwater faality would result in extraordinary cost <br /> of inspecting nd installing the connection, nothing in this definition shall prevent the City from <br /> requiring the pplicant pay such costs. The extraordinary costs may be paid by the applicant in <br /> installments a part of the SDC. <br /> Average Flo .The typical average daily flow of development, by type of land use. For purposes <br /> of calculating' he Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission SDC, this flow is expressed <br /> in' terms of a nit of development. <br /> BpD: Bioche ical Oxygen Demand.
