1.2.1 The permit applicant has completed to the satisfaction of the City <br /> ngineer or designee a project of similar or greater magnitude within the past 24 <br /> onths which was constructed under aright-of--way permit issued by the City of <br /> ugene; or, <br /> 1.2.2 The permit applicant has on file with the City a Public Way <br /> erformance bond as described in Section R-7.302-H-2 below. <br /> i <br /> 2. public way performance bond or security deposit shall be required prior to <br /> issuance of an nnual blanket permit. The bond or security deposit shall be the greater of either <br /> $20,000 or th total cost of trench backfill, compaction, pavement restoration and associated <br /> traffic control r 20% the anticipated work to be performed under the annual permit. <br /> . l The permit applicant shall provide the City with cash, a surety performance <br /> bond w ich has been fully executed by applicant and its surety, guaranteeing Applicant's <br /> obligati ns under this paragraph or another type of security acceptable to City, in its sole <br /> discreti n.
