2.3.1 A maximum cumulative "elevation view" of 100 square feet for <br /> each side of a street segment as viewed from the street centerline. <br /> 2.3.2 A maximum of two facilities in any 100 foot of frontage as <br /> measured along the curb for each side of the street. <br /> 2.4 Placement on Local Streets. Placement of above-ground facilities along <br /> local s reets must conform to the provisions of the Eugene Local Street Plan. On local <br /> streets Bove-ground facilities within the right-of--way shall generally be limited to electric <br /> transfo ers and junction boxes located between street trees as close to the property line <br /> as poss ble. The primary location for other above-ground facilities shall be in the public <br /> utility aeement along the street right-of--way. <br /> 2.5 Permit Denial.
