The regulations pertaining to the annual blanket permit program are contained within the <br /> administrative rules R-7.302-A-2. <br /> 4. Individual Permit Costs for collector streets and alleys are to be charged the same as local <br /> streets. <br /> 5. Individual Permit Costs for Public Utility Easements (PUE) abutting street right-of--way shall <br /> be charged at the same rate as if the placement had been in that right-of--way.
