The work must strictly conform <br /> t the approve plans. Any changes in the proposed facility from that shown on the <br /> a proved perm t must have the prior consent of the Utility Inspector. If a field change is <br /> a proved by th Utility Inspector, the permiee shall submit modified permit drawings <br /> hick docume t the change. The Utility Inspector may require the permittee to apply for a <br /> n w permit if th requested change cannot be resolved by a field decision.
