<br /> 'S <br /> Ii <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-97-10 <br /> of the <br /> AIRPORT MANAGER <br /> CO CERNING NOTICE OF PROPOSED REVISION TO AIRPORT NON- <br /> ' SIG ATORY/SCgEDUI,ED/iJNSCHEDULED AIRLINES GATE/HOLD <br /> RO M FEE AND COUNTER FEES; SIGNATORY AND NON-SIGNATORY <br /> ING FEES; AND TERII~TAL BUILDING RENTAL RATE. <br /> The Airport Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: <br /> A. Authority is granted to the City Manager of the City of Eugene under Sections 2.440 <br /> to 2.442 of he Eugene Code, 1971 to set fees and charges for the use of the Eugene Airport. The <br /> City Manag r has further delegated that authority to the Airport Manager under Airport Rule 8.4.2. <br /> B. Pursuant to that delegated authority Administrative Order No. 58-96-19-F was issued <br /> on Septemb r 23, 1996 revising and ratifying the Airport Fee Schedule attached as Exhibit A thereto, <br /> j effective O ober 3, 1996. The short term and long term parking lot fees set forth in Section 12 of <br /> ~ that schedu a were subsequently amended by Administrative Order No. 58-97-06-F. <br /> i <br /> C. After investigating the fees charged at other airports, the City's policies on recovery <br /> of user fees, and the revenue needs of the Eugene Airport, I have determined that the Gate/hold room <br /> fee and co ter fee set forth in Section 2 of the Airport Fee Schedule, the landing fees set forth in <br /> Section 4, well as the terminal building rental rates set forth in Section 5 of that Schedule should <br /> be revised, ffective July 1, 1997, all as set forth in the Notice of Intended Fees attached as Exhibit <br /> A hereto d incorporated herein by reference. <br /> On he basis of these findings, I order that: <br /> I <br /> ~ 1. Copies of the Notice be provided to the Mayor and City Councilors, persons who have <br /> requested otice, persons currently paying such charges, posted at two locations at the Airport, <br /> published i the Register Guard, a newspaper of general circulation within the City and be made <br /> available f r interested persons at the offices of the Airport Manager, 28855 Lockheed Drive, <br /> Eugene, O egon 97402 during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through <br /> Friday, exc usive of holidays). <br /> 2. All persons desiring to comment thereon shall submit written comments as set forth <br /> in the Noti e.
