Some citizens had questions regarding the horticultural practices at <br /> the Rose Gar en and regarding the need to remove and replace the existing structure. <br /> Tlheir questi ns were answered and they were in general support of the proposed <br /> rr~odification to the Rose Garden. <br /> C~n Septemb r 14, 1996, the applicant held a public hearing regarding this proposal at the <br /> Campbell Se for Center presenting the proposed changes to the Rose Garden Development <br /> Pan.
