He explained requirements of <br /> regon public m ting laws regarding public hearings. <br /> r. '!Weber repo ed that there had been three previous public meetings regarding the plan design for <br /> est Alton Bake Park. He explained that the process involved would lead to modification of the 1986 <br /> lton Baker Park Master Plan and involve a Willamette Greenway Review. He said an administrative <br /> rder would be r quired for adoption of the plan. <br /> r. Weber descr bed changes made in the plan design since the previous public meeting--creating <br /> n~er parking a ansion areas, creating apedestrian/bicycle%mergency vehicle bridge across the <br /> ae canal, iden 'Eying a new location for the Outdoor Program building, revising the configuration of <br /> e amphitheater rformer and accessible park area, revising the "front yard" of the Willamette <br /> cietice and Tec ology Center (WISTEC), and providing a pedestrian access into the park from a bus <br /> top,'between the ISTEC ponds. <br /> r.
