ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br /> of the <br /> Traffic Engineer of the City of Bugene, Oregon <br /> 8stablishing a Residential Permit Parking Zone <br /> For the Bast Side of Barris Street Between <br /> Bast 20th and Salt 21st Avenues <br /> The T affic 8agiaeer of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> A. Administrative Rule R-5.040, Residential Permit ,Parking Zones Regulations, <br /> p~tovides the the designation of or removal of such permit parking zones would be effected <br /> by administr tive order of the City's Traffic Engineer. <br /> B. On May 21, 1997, the City received an application signed by over 50~ of the <br /> adjacent pro erty owners and tenants for designating a residential permit parking zone <br /> for the east side of Harris Street between E 20th and E 21st Avenues. <br /> C. Notice of the City's intent to establish a residential permit parking zone <br /> wais given to roperty owners and tenants within the affected area of the proposed zone. <br /> D. The proposed zone has been reviewed and is found to be in conformity with <br /> the policies, regulations and criteria set forth in Rule R-5.040. <br /> NOW, TSERSFORS~ <br /> i Based upon the above findings, and pursuant to the authority contained in <br /> Administrati a Rule R-5.040, the Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene orders that: <br /> 1. The area described is hereby established as a residential permit parking <br /> zpne: <br /> The east side of Harris Street between E 20th and E 21st Avenues. <br /> 2. The zone shall be designated Zone A and shall allow 2-hour public parking <br /> bettween 9:00 .m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays and except <br /> Zone A permitted vehicles. <br /> 3. Persons residing in or owning residential property within the zone <br /> designated h rein may apply for a Zone A permit entitling the holder thereof to <br /> preferential ong-term parking at Zone A signed parking areas within the designated zone. <br /> 4.
