Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene, Oregon <br /> . <br /> Establishing a Residential Permit Parking Zoae <br /> For the North Side of East 19th Avenue <br /> Between Mill and Ferry Streets <br /> The Tr ffic Engineer of the City of 8ugeae finds that: <br /> A. inistrative Rule R-5.040, Residential Permit Parking Zones Regulations, <br /> provides that the designation of or removal of such permit parking zones would be effected <br /> by''administra ive order of the City's Traffic Engineer. <br /> B. n May 20, 1997, the City received an application signed by over 50~ of the <br /> adjacent prop rty owners and tenants for designating a residential permit parking zone <br /> for the north side of E 19th Avenue between Mill and Ferry Streets. <br /> C. otice of the City's intent to establish a residential permit parking zone <br /> waffi given to roperty owners and tenants within the affected area of the proposed zone. <br /> D. he proposed zone has been reviewed and is found to be in conformity with <br /> thB policies, regulations and criteria set forth in Rule R-5.040. <br /> NOW, T88REFORE, <br /> Based pon the above findings, and pursuant to the authority contained in <br /> Adtrtinistrativ Rule R-5.040, the Traffic Engineer of the City of 'Eugene orders that: <br /> 1. he area described is hereby established as a residential permit parking <br /> zone: <br /> he north side of E 19th Avenue between Mill and Ferry Streets-. <br /> 2. he zone shall be designated Zone F and shall allow 1-hour public parking <br /> between 7:00 .m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays and except <br /> Zone F permit ed vehicles. <br /> 3. ersons residing in or owning residential property within the zone <br /> designated• h rein may apply for a Zone F permit entitling the holder thereof to <br /> preferential ng-term parking at Zone F signed parking areas within the designated zone. <br /> 4. ermit applications shall be processed as provided in Administrative Rule <br /> R-x.040. <br /> Dated is day of June, 1997 <br /> Ga ek , raffic Engineer <br /> I' <br /> Administrati e Order <br /> I <br /> j <br /> ! <br /> <br />
