(Currently billed on gallonage discharged basis ) Appli ation fees ,are nonrefundable. to Ci owned or o erated vehicles. 1 The a ove fees do not app y ty p Establ shment of the above proposed fees is necessary in order to comply with the provisions of ection 6.546 of the Eugene Code, 1971 that the City's costs of implementation of tl~e pretreatm nt program be reduced through the imposition of charges or fees to be paid by the users of the C ty's wastewater system who are subject to those provisions. The proposed fees are also consiste t with other directives and policies of the City Council that the cost of providing City services a recovered from the user or beneficiaries of such services.
