_ indin After reviewing the written comments received, staff has <br /> <br /> ~ recom ended that the proposed change in billing procedures for mobile waste <br /> hauler ischarge fees not be implemented at this time, that the City continue the <br /> current practice of monitoring discharge volumes, and that the City staff further <br /> evalua alternatives for metering discharge volumes from mobile waste haulers. <br /> I conc r with that recommendation, and the proposed change has been deleted <br /> from th schedule attached as Exhibit A hereto. <br /> E.
