<br /> i <br /> <br /> i <br /> NOTICE OF INTENDED AIItPORT FEE SCHEDULE REVISIONS <br /> To: The ayor and City Councilors, and other interested persons. <br /> NO ICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2.440 to 2.442 of the <br /> Eugene, Co e, 1971, the Airport Manager of the City of Eugene, as the designee of the City Manager, <br /> intends to a end the Airport Fee Schedule by deleting Sections 10 and 11 and renumbering the current <br /> Sections 12 nd 13 to 10 and 11 in order to delete the rates set forth therein for non-commercial and <br /> commercial 1 d rental rates and the Old Tower Building lease rate, as follows: <br /> AIRPORT FEE SCHEDULE <br /> [ <br /> i <br /> • ) <br /> [x]10. Auto obile Short- and Long-Term Parking Rates: <br /> Short term <br /> $0.85/per half hour <br /> I, $9.00 daily maximum <br /> Daily maximum rate charged for lost tickets. <br /> Long term 1.50/ <br /> $ per hour <br /> <br /> a $ 5.50/daily maximum <br /> <br /> i $33.00/per week <br /> Daily maximum rate charged for lost tickets <br /> [3]11. Hazar ous Substance Response Fee $200.00 <br /> The regoing revisions have been proposed because all users of the Old Tower Building and non- <br /> commercial d commercial land at the Airport do so under written agreements, which are exempt under Subsection <br /> (1)(a) of Secti n 2.440 of the Eugene Code, 1971 from these ratemaking procedures. Persons desiring to comment <br /> hereon shall s mit written comments to the Airport Manager, 28855 Lockheed Drive, Eugene, Oregon 97402, within <br /> 15 days of the ate of posting and publication as indicated below.
