At this time, the <br /> met ods and plan ed sequence of the operations should be discussed, unanswered <br /> que Lions resolve ,and agreement obtained on preexisting damages to facilities already <br /> in 'pl ce. <br /> TMe Utility Inspect r will periodically monitor operations performed by the contractor to see <br /> #hat work is perfo ed according to the permit conditions. The work must strictly conform <br /> #o t e approved pl ns. Any changes in the proposed facility from that shown on the <br /> app oved permit ust have the prior consent of the Utility Inspector. If a field change is <br /> app oved by the tility inspector, the permiee shall submit modified permit drawings <br /> whi h document t e change. The Utility lnspector may require the permittee to apply for a <br /> ne permit if the quested change cannot be resolved by a field decision.
