If CDF is used as a temporary surface <br /> restoratio material, the surface shall be maintained and repaired due to damage <br /> by traffic. <br /> 10 All portlan cement concrete used in the. replacement of streets, alleys or sidewalks <br /> shall obta n a minimum breaking strength of 3,300 psi in 28 days and conform to <br /> sections 12 through 215 of the Standard Specifications. <br /> 11.
