Annual permits are subject to revocation if a facility owner fails to <br /> co ply with the andards established by the City or conditions of the permit. <br /> Pe mit fees fora nual permits include a processing component and a "per activity" <br /> ~o ponent. The "per activity" component is calculated monthly or periodically, based on the <br /> r~u ber of activiti s performed under the annual permit for which a City response (e.g., <br /> fit review, insp ction) was performed, and billed to the permittee. <br /> 2. ~ REVOC BLE PERMITS FOR PRIVATE FACILITIES <br /> A evocable per it may be issued to a permittee for any use of the public way which is not <br /> ~d inistered by n existing franchise or license. As with all right-of-way permits, the City <br /> re ernes the righ to "revoke" or cancel the permittee's permission to use the public way at <br /> i~ 1 ter date. Thi type of permit is typically used for placement of a private facility that <br /> ~e es an individual property, site, or business and is not placed for the provision of <br /> ~e ices to other . Detailed questions concerning revocable permits should be addressed <br /> ~o he Engineeri g Division personnel. <br /> U less otherwis specified in a license or franchise agreement, a revocable permit shall <br /> b obtained prio to the placement of any private facility upon, over or under the public <br /> w y.
