The activi involves the removal and replacement of any City-owned facilities (e.g. <br /> street pav ment, trees, concrete curbs or sidewalks). <br /> The activi y involves the relocation of the existing facility (e.g. changing the foot line <br /> or elevati n of underground facilities or moving existing poles or guy lines to a new <br /> location). <br /> 3. The activi y involves the cutting of any root 2 inches in diameter or greater of a <br /> street tre within the critical root zone of the street tree. <br /> !4. The activi y involves installing more than 100 linear feet of pipe, conduit or cable. <br /> <br /> ~r5.
