Through <br /> hese public r vi$w processes a standard notification method is in place which provides <br /> pportunity fo s 'rvice providers to coordinate service delivery plans, co-locate facilities <br /> nd coordinat w rk in conjunction with the new development. <br /> Above-Ground Facilities. <br /> -7.302-D Location of <br /> 1. licabili .The standards contained in this section shall be utilized in the <br /> lacement of a ogre-ground facilities, including but not limited to junction boxes, controller <br /> abinets, and en~ral distribution boxes, in order to ensure that such facilities placed in the <br /> ublic way do ot!interfere with the transportation uses of street and alley rights-of-way or <br /> ith public saf t .The provisions of this section do not apply to pay telephones, above- <br /> round wires, ales or lines, and associated poles or support structures located in the <br /> ublic way. <br /> 2. o 'ation Standards. Except for street lighting facilities or traffic control <br /> evices owne b the City, the location of above-ground facilities must conform to all <br /> pplicable pro islons of the Eugene Code, 1971, adopted plans, the City's •Manual on <br /> tility and Rig t-of <br /> Way Permits, Construction Within and Use of the Public Way, and the <br /> ollowing stan arks: <br /> .1 ' Maximum Size.
