Facilities that are placed above-ground shall not: <br /> 2.1.1 Exceed 6 feet in height, or 6 feet in any width dimension. <br /> 2.1.2 Exceed 20 square feet "elevation view." <br /> 2.2 Clearance Setbacks. In order to prevent above- <br /> ground fa ilities from unreasonably interfering with other uses of the public way the <br /> facilities ay not exceed a maximum cumulative "elevation view" of 100 square feet <br /> for each s de of a street segment as viewed from the street centerline. <br /> 2.4 Placement on Local Streets. Placement of above-ground facilities <br /> along lac I streets must conform to the provisions of the Eugene Local Street Plan. <br /> On local treets above-ground facilities within the right-of-way shall generally be <br /> limited to lectric transformers and junction boxes located between street trees as <br /> close tot e property line as possible. The primary location for other above-ground <br /> facilities s all be in the public utility easement along the street right-of-way. <br /> 2.
