When a City facility is damaged the permittee shall <br /> immediately n tify the Utility Inspector. The Utility !nspector shall submit a damage report <br /> and a subseq ent repair inspection report to the Maintenance Planning Manager. The permittee should then be directed to submit a billing <br /> to the Mainte ante Planning Manager showing the exact time and materials expended to <br /> effect the rep irs.
