f ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br /> of the <br /> Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene, Oregon <br /> Establishing a Residential Permit Parking Zone <br /> For The East Side of Charnelton Street's 1500 Block <br /> <br /> ' The T affic Engineer of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> i <br /> A. Administrative Rule R-5.040, Residential Permit Parking Zones <br /> ' Regulations provides that the designation of or removal of such permit parking <br /> zones would be effected by administrative order of the City's Traffic Engineer. <br /> B. On December, 1997, the City received an application signed by over <br /> 50~ of the adjacent property owners and tenants for designating a residential <br /> 'i permit parking zone for the east side of Charnelton Street's 1500 block. <br /> C. Notice of the City's intent to establish a residential permit parking <br /> I zone was g'ven to property owners and tenants within the affected area of the <br /> proposed zo e. <br /> i <br /> ' i D. The proposed zone has been reviewed and is found to be in conformity <br /> with the po icies, regulations and criteria set forth in Rule R-5.040. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> I <br /> Base upon the above findings, and pursuant to the authority contained in <br /> Administrative Rule R-5.040, the Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene orders <br /> that: <br /> 1. The area described is hereby established as a residential permit <br /> parking zo e: <br /> I <br /> i <br /> The east side of Charnelton's 1500 block. <br /> ~ 2. The zone shall be designated Zone F and shall allow 2-hour public <br /> <br /> ! I parking be ween 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal <br /> holidays a d except Zone F permitted vehicles. <br /> 3. Persons residing in or owning residential property within the zone <br /> designated erein may apply for a Zone F permit entitling the holder thereof to <br /> preferenti 1 long-term parking at Zone F signed parking areas within the <br /> designated zone. <br /> 4.
