1 <br /> to provide: <br /> 4.8 Offensive Conduct. <br /> 4.8.1 No person shall commit at the Airport any act made unlawful by <br /> Chapter 4 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br /> 4.8.2 No person shall engage in any disruptive behavior at the Airport. As <br /> used herein, "disruptive behavior" includes, but is not limited to, behavior that: (a) <br /> interferes with the use of the Airport by other persons; (b) interferes with or hinders <br /> Airport staff in the performance of their duties; or (c) is inconsistent with the purpose <br /> and intent of the Airport and disturbing to the staff or other persons using the <br /> premises. <br /> 2. Exhibit 2 to the Rules Governing the Use of Mahlon Sweet Airport adopted by <br /> Administrative Order No. 58-95-O1, depicting the designated speech areas within the terminal <br /> building lobby and sidewalks adjacent thereto, is replaced with the Exhibit 2 attached hereto. <br /> 3. Except as proposed herein, all other provisions of the Rules Governing the Use of <br /> Mahlon Sweet Airport adopted by Administrative Order No. 58-95-01 remain in full force and effect. <br /> 4. The City Recorder is requested to substitute a copy of the Exhibit 2 attached hereto <br /> for the Exhibit 2 attached to Administrative Order No. 58-95-01, and to append this order to <br /> Administrative Order No. 58-95-01. <br /> Copies of this Order shall be provided to the Mayor and City Councilors and to any persons <br /> who have requested notice.
