If the proposed use would result in a higher charge, the <br /> differ ce is collected. <br /> 'i ' <br /> 2.4 WMC SDC Credit <br /> i <br /> A cre it for property taxes on real property paid to retire bonded debt incurred for <br /> the co stnaction of regional wastewater facilities shall be deducted from the MWMC <br /> SDC. The credit shall accrue from the year of annexation to the City, and be <br /> based upon the assessed value of the real property at the time of application for <br /> tonne ion to the system. The current credit is shown in Attachment 4. <br /> 2.5 WMC Administrative Charge _ <br /> f <br /> A fu er adjustment to the regional wastewater SDC is the addition of <br /> admin trative costs. MWMC will incur staff costs for the updating and processing <br /> of the arge. These costs are applied on a per connection basis.
