~ <br /> On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br /> 1. The MWMC Septage User Fees set forth in Exhibit A hereto are hereby established <br /> as the fees to be charged for the services set forth, and the remaining rate schedules set forth in <br /> Exhibit A are hereby ratified and affirmed as the rates to be charged for the services set forth, to be <br /> effective on all bills issued on or after July 1, 1998. <br /> 2. Administrative Order No. 58-96-10-F, and the user fees adopted therein are hereby <br /> repealed, as of the effective date of this Order. <br /> 3.
