ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-98-13 <br /> of the <br /> AIRPORT MANAGER <br /> CON ERNING NOTICE OF PROPOSED REVISION OF AHtPORT FEE <br /> SCHE ULE BY AMENDING THE AIItLINE SIGNATORY AND NON- <br /> SIGN TORY RATES. <br /> I~ <br /> The A rport Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: <br /> A. Authority is granted to the City Manager of the City of Eugene under Sections 2.440 <br /> to 2.442 of th Eugene Code, 1971 to set fees and charges for the use of the Eugene Airport. The <br /> City Manager as further delegated that authority to the Airport Manager under Airport Rule 8.4.2. <br /> B. Pursuant to that delegated authority Administrative Order No. 58-97-18-F was issued <br /> on August 20, 1997 revising and ratifying the Airport Fee Schedule attached as Exhibit A thereto. <br /> The airline si tory and non-signatory rates are set forth in Sections 2, 4, and 5 of that Fee Schedule. <br /> C. The Airport Advisory Committee has recommended an increase in those rates as set <br /> forth in the No ice of Intended Amendment of the Airport Fee Schedule attached as Exhibit A hereto <br /> and incorporat d herein by reference. After investigating the fees charged at other airports, the City's <br /> policies on rec very of user fees, and the revenue needs of the Eugene Airport, I have determined that <br /> Sections 2, 4, d 5 of the Airport Fee Schedule should be revised as recommended by the Airport <br /> Advisory Co mittee. <br /> On th basis of these findings, I order that: <br /> 1. Copies of the Notice be provided to the Mayor and City Councilors, persons who have <br /> requested no ice, persons currently paying such charges, posted at two locations at the Airport, <br /> published in t e Register Guard, a newspaper of general circulation within the City and be made <br /> available for nterested persons at the offices of the Airport Manager, 28855 Lockheed Drive, <br /> Eugene, Ore on 97402 during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through <br /> Friday, exclus ve of holidays). <br /> 2.
