Fieland: <br /> Attach d is the City of Eugene Hearings Officer decision concerning an appeal of <br /> Admi 'strative Order 58-99-05. This is an administrative order concerning the closure of <br /> a stree (Stewart Road) and the installation of traffic diverters. Pursuant to the Eugene <br /> Code s ction 5.045, the hearings officer's decision is to be submitted to the City <br /> Recor er. Because of the nature of the decision, the Eugene Code also requires that this <br /> decisi n be distributed to the members of the City Council. <br /> The C de allows a member of the Council to seek to have this decision reviewed by the <br /> Counc 1.
