i <br /> Exhibit A of <br /> Administrative Order No. 58-99-16 <br /> i, III <br /> NOTICE OF INTENDED AMENDMENT <br /> OF HE SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT CHARGE (SDC) METHODOLOGY, <br /> FEES, AND CREDITS <br /> <br /> t <br /> o: The May rand City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and other interested persons. <br /> NOTICE S HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2.020, 7.705, and 7.710 <br /> f the Eugene, ode, 1971, the City Manager of the City of Eugene intends to amend the City of <br /> ugene SDC M thodology by: <br /> <br /> ~ 1) Revi ing the local wastewater SDC; 2) reflecting a 7.3% fee increase for the local <br /> t ansportation, tormwater, and parks SDCs based on the City Engineer's review of the National <br /> onstruction Cost Index, published by the Engineering News-Record for the preceding twenty-four <br /> oaths, which a'e periodically adjusted pursuant to Section 2.3 of the July 1,1998 SDC Methodology; <br /> nd 3) revising t e regional Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission (MWMC) wastewater <br /> DC fees and cr dits as calculated by MWMC as more particularly set forth in the Proposed Systems <br /> evelopment C arge Methodology, September 1999, which shall be available for inspection at the <br /> ugene City Hal ,Public Works Building Lobby, Permit And Information Center Lobby, and the Eugene <br /> ublic Library. <br /> The pro osed revisions to the Methodology and the fees are consistent with adopted policies and <br /> rdirtances of th city, in conformity with state law, and should be implemented effective September 15, 1999. <br /> Persons esiring to comment hereon shall submit written comments to the City Engineer, Public Works <br /> epartment, 85 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401 within 30 calendar days from the first date of publication <br /> nd 'posting of th's Notice as indicated below.
