NOTICE OF INTENDED AMENDMENT <br /> OF THE SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT CHARGE (SDC) METHODOLOGY, <br /> REDEVELOPMENT FEES, AND CREDITS <br /> To: The Mayor and City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and other interested persons. <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2.020, 7.705, and <br /> 7.710 of the Eugene, Code, 1971, the City Manager of the City of Eugene intends to amend the City <br /> ~pf Eugene SDC Methodology by: <br /> Revising the application of SDC credits and local administrative fees for redevelopment that <br /> constitutes a change of use of a building in its entirety as more particularly set forth in the proposed <br /> revisions to Sections 1.2, 2.2.1, 7.0, and 7.2.3 of the Systems Development Charge Methodology; <br /> the revision to Appendix A of the Methodology by addition of a definition of "redevelopment;" and <br /> revision of the administration fees in Section 2.6 of Appendix F of the Methodology, attached to the <br /> original of this Notice, and available for inspection at the off ce of the City Manager, Eugene City <br /> } Hall, 777 Pearl Street; the Public Works Building Lobby, 858 Pearl Street; the Permit and <br /> Information Center Lobby, 99 W. 10"' Avenue; and the Eugene Public Library, 100 W. 13~' Avenue, <br /> gall in Eugene, Oregon, during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through <br /> ~ ,Friday, exclusive of holidays). <br /> I' <br /> I' The proposed revisions to the SDC Methodology and the administrative fee are consistent <br /> !'with adopted policies of the city, in conformity with state law, necessary to ensure consistency with <br /> .,recently revised provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971, and should be implemented retroactively with <br /> !respect to redevelopment permits in process on and after August 9, 1999. <br /> Persons desiring to comment hereon shall submit written comments to the City Engineer, <br /> ~,~Public Works Department, 858 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401, within 30 calendar days from <br /> [the first date of publication and posting of this Notice as indicated below.
